Waiting for Summer

We're all a bit stir-crazy here in the Bomgardner household! It's been a while since we've had two vehicles and I've not attempted going out with BOTH boys alone yet anyway, not even on a walk (the 3 flights of stairs are a serious factor here). Anyway, we're ready for some sunshine! Here is the latest in Charlie's "Awakescapes."

Speaking of the boys, Charlie has grown 3 inches and gained almost 4 pounds since our last doctor visit. Oz is also growing - he has all but his last "second" molar on the bottom left side of his mouth and the little man is now 3 feet and one inch tall. Whowee! It's still so strange to look down our long hallway and see a little person just walking around and chatting away about cars and his imaginary friend named Babeep. What a funny little boy!

Dreaming of Groundhog's Day

Here is my very first posted awake-scape! (I would say "dreamscape" but Charlie always seems to be alert when I want to take his picture. He likes to pose, just like his momma, I guess.

I got the idea for these type of images from this very fun momma and these great pictures by this awesome photographer. There are even some funky videos of this technique - check this one out and be inspired... and this one is my favorite! Anyway, my "awake-scapes" won't be as popular or technically intricate as these other links, but fun none-the-less. Enjoy!
