We took Oz on his very first zoo visit two weekends ago and he loved it! (I'm so glad, because at his age, it could really go either way - right?) We took him to the Central Park Zoo because it isn't quite as big and overwhelming as the Bronx Zoo (which is like one of the biggest in the nation). The highlights of the trip were the feeding of the seals (and hearing Oz say "Ark! Ark! Ark!"), watching the penguins, the petting/feeding zoo, and the rest of the Tisch Children's Zoo. Oh, and ice cream afterward was a pretty big hit too!
